We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at info@vogova.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items
As per EU hygiene regulations, opened cosmetic and personal care products cannot be returned. As a gesture of goodwill, we offer a partial refund of up to 50% on opened products — no return required. Unopened products may be returned within 60 days at the buyer's expense.

We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Packaging & Product Appearance
Our products may occasionally be shipped in different packaging or under a different product name, as we operate across multiple international markets. The formula, ingredients, and quality remain strictly identical regardless of the packaging. This does not constitute a defect or a wrong item. European Union — 14-day cooling off period
If merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at info@vogova.com.
